





| SCHEDULING, RATES, AND POLICIES Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment with Frank! Currently we are scheduling at least two months out. Because Frank reads every day, five days a week, his Guides allow only a certain number of readings each day. After those readings, they may cut off all messages, or the messages can become very general and not as accurate. This is to protect Frank so he does not become drained, and is able to continue being of Service. Thank you for understanding when we are not able to “squeeze in” an extra reading. | TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT Please read the following instructions carefully. Appointments are scheduled in the order the requests are received. If we need to email you to ask for missing info, this could possibly push your appointment out another week. Be sure to include all information requested, and respond within the specified time periods. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED THROUGH EMAIL 1. 2. You will receive an email response within 24-48 hours offering you an appointment date and time. We always offer the first available appointment that fits your availability, as you have provided, or per your request. We are also only able to hold one appointment per client at a time. This appointment will be held for you for 48 hours. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, the appointment will be reopened and made available again. 3. PAYMENT: Once you’ve accepted an appointment, you will be emailed an invoice through PayPal. Payment must be received within 48 hrs in order to complete the scheduling process and be added to Frank’s calendar. If we do not receive payment within 48 hrs, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to email again to receive another appointment. Please do not purchase a session with Frank through his PayPal account unless you have scheduled an appointment. Payments received from clients without an appointment will be refunded. 4. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment through their website. 5. We’ll send you a confirmation email when we have received your payment, and you’ll be all set! CANCELLATION POLICY With appointments being scheduled so far out, we understand schedules can change. With at least a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment, your payment will be happily refunded, or you may reschedule your appointment, your choice! Please notify us by email to frank@psychicfrank.com with “Cancellation” in the subject box. If you wish to reschedule, please understand it will most likely be another two-month wait. We’ll make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. MISSED APPOINTMENTS Missed appointments, in person or phone, will not be refunded. Frank values your time, please be respectful of his. LATE APPOINTMENTS If you are running late for your appointment, in person or phone, please call or text Frank at 615.374.8507. If Frank has not heard from you within 10 minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your payment. ****PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT COSMIC CONNECTIONS **** Frank’s office is located inside Cosmic Connections, however he is an Independent Contractor there and Cosmic Connections’ staff is not kept up to date as to Frank’s schedule and whether or not he is in the building. If you need to cancel your appointment, or if you’re running late, please call Frank at the above phone number. You’re important to Frank and he wants to be sure you’re given correct information. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LOCATION Frank’s office is located at 1701 Portland Ave., Nashville, TN inside Cosmic Connections Frank’s office is in Suite 2, upstairs. He has recently moved across the hall from his original office in Suite 3. You may enter through the front door and use the stairs just inside the door, or use the outdoor, iron staircase in back of the building. If you have an appointment on a Monday, Cosmic Connections will be closed. Be assured Frank is in his office awaiting your arrival. PARKING Parking is available on the street or behind Cosmic Connections. Depending on the time of day, it can be a bit challenging to find a parking space. Please allow enough time before your appointment to find parking. CANCELLATION LIST We maintain a list of clients who would like to be notified if we receive a cancellation and an appointment becomes available. Almost every client asks to be added to this list, so it is quite lengthy, and cancellations are rare. We are still happy to add you upon request. RELATIVES OR FRIENDS PRESENT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT Often, we are asked by clients if they may bring a spouse, relative, friend, etc. into the room during their reading. The answer is YES, however Frank does not control the messages that come through from the Other Side, and if someone else is in the room, all of the messages may come through for that person. If you plan to bring a guest to your appointment, please let us know so we can arrange for extra seating. PRIVATE PARTIES/GROUP READINGS/ GROUP MEDIUMSHIP Currently, Frank is not available for private parties, for group readings or mediumship. REFERRALS We are extremely grateful for all of the friends and family referred to Frank by his clients! When referring someone, please be sure to direct them to this web page for scheduling. Emails which do not include necessary scheduling information, could add an additional week to their appointment date, due to the extra day of correspondence. We’re sure they want to get an appointment as soon as possible! CASSETTE RECORDINGS Occasionally, a cassette recording of a session is distorted. You may hear static, humming, white noise, etc. This happens due to the spirits that are present in the room and the energy being emitted. (We know, sounds crazy! It’s the nature of the business!)
