Psychic Frank, LLC is committed to providing ethical service, clear communication, and a safe spiritual space. If you experience difficulty understanding our policies or services due to language barriers, literacy concerns, or cognitive/physical disabilities, please inform us. We are happy to provide reasonable accommodations, including the option to have a trusted support person join your session (virtually or in person), provided this is arranged in advance to protect everyone’s privacy and consent.

Booking & Availability

How to Book:
Clients are welcome to contact Psychic Frank directly to confirm availability for both online and in-person sessions.

Online Scheduling:
Our online booking system is available 24/7 and allows next-day appointments unless otherwise noted.

Office Hours:
Monday – Sunday, 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM (EST)
Note: Hours and availability may vary due to event schedules, holidays, or travel.

After-Hours Sessions:
We offer limited after-hours appointments by special request.

  • Exact cash only is accepted for after-hours sessions.

  • Please note: Our location is secured, and entrance is not permitted without confirmation.


Payment Policy

When you book with Psychic Frank, LLC, you're agreeing to the energetic and financial exchange of services rendered. Payments are part of the sacred agreement. 

Accepted Payment Methods We accept:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Cash App and PayPal.

Processing Fees

Most digital payment platforms charge 2.9% to 3.846%. Cash App do not have processing fees.

Sales Tax

All sessions are subject to a 7.25% Ohio sales tax as required by law. This will be reflected in your final total. 

No Chargebacks Policy

When you book a session, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or attempt to reverse payment after receiving the service. This policy protects spiritual practitioners from misuse and fraud.

Violating this may result in:

  • Cancellation of all future services
  • Forfeiture of any sessions, tickets, or purchases
  • Your profile/account being permanently blacklisted

I ask that all clients approach this work with integrity. If there’s ever an issue, reach out, I’m happy to discuss concerns.

 

In-Person Appointments

In-person appointments must be paid in full using exact cash at the time of service. Once the session starts, no refunds will be given. At the agreed location please message or call upon arrival. This ensures safe and smooth entry. You may bring one guest or support person if previously approved. This must be communicated before your appointment so I can prepare the space.

Complimentary Food, Candy & Water (In-Person Only)

During in-person sessions, I may offer water, candy, or small snacks as a courtesy. Please notify me in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Items are handled with care, but you accept full responsibility when choosing to consume them. Psychic Frank, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions, choking, or health-related outcomes unless caused by gross negligence.

Third-Party Event Partners

I sometimes collaborate with external vendors or event hosts. These partners may have their own policies, privacy terms, and legal disclaimers. By participating in a partnered event, you agree to also follow their terms. Psychic Frank, LLC is not responsible for enforcing third-party standards or resolving any issues that arise from partner actions.

 

Legal, Consent & Disclaimers

Services are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. I am not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional. Always consult the proper experts for serious decisions. Even if I use titles like "Holistic Health Practitioner," it is not equivalent to being a state-licensed provider under Ohio law.

 

Recording & Consent

Sessions may not be recorded without written permission from Psychic Frank, LLC. I may record a session for internal quality purposes. By attending, you grant me nonexclusive, royalty-free rights to any recorded content created during live events or group settings and always in alignment with consent and privacy laws.

 

Live Chat Policy

Live Chat is a sacred, professional space. Please be respectful Use clear and appropriate language and don’t spam, threaten, or pressure for free readings

Violations:

  • 1st = warning
  • 2nd = access may be restricted
  • Major breaches may result in immediate removal

Independent Advisors

Psychic Frank, LLC may host or refer to independent spiritual advisors. These individuals:

  • Are not employees of the company
  • Are responsible for their own taxes, licensure, and services
    Advisors must:

  • Never offer medical, legal, or financial advice as fact
  • This helps maintain ethical standards across all sessions hosted through my platform.

Mediumship Services

Mediumship is a sacred process, not a guaranteed performance. While I do my best to create a clear channel to loved ones on the other side, I cannot promise who will show up or what will be shared. Spirit communication depends on a variety of factors including your emotional state, the energy present, and the willingness of the spirit to step forward. Please come with an open mind and heart. Messages may be symbolic, subtle, or emotional. What’s needed for your healing may look different than what you expected. You agree to take full responsibility for how you interpret and apply any messages received. Psychic Frank, LLC is not responsible for the emotional or personal decisions you make based on mediumship communication.


Hypnotherapy Services

Hypnotherapy is a tool for subconscious exploration, soul healing, and insight but it is not one-size-fits-all. Everyone enters the hypnotic state differently, and not every session results in deep trance or clear memory retrieval.

Sessions may include:

By booking, you acknowledge that results may vary, and you may experience emotional release, clarity, or symbolic imagery rather than specific visual scenes. You remain in control of the process at all times. Psychic Frank, LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome or memory retrieval. Your integration and follow-up are just as important as the session itself. These services are spiritual and therapeutic in nature  and not replacements for licensed medical or mental health treatment.

Energy Healing (Non-Physical Touch)

Energy healing sessions are conducted without physical touch. I work with your energetic field, chakras, and subtle body systems to clear blockages, release emotional residue, and restore alignment. What you may feel: warmth, chills, tingling, emotional shifts, or simply peace. What you may not feel is just as valid energy works in its own way, and results unfold uniquely for each person. These sessions are intended to support your spiritual and energetic wellness, not to diagnose, cure, or treat any condition. By booking, you acknowledge this is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Please ensure you’re well-hydrated before and after your session and take time for reflection or journaling if anything surfaces emotionally.

Anyone can join the Facebook group for free and enjoy general benefits like monthly collective readings, spiritual tips, and access to the Wheel of Divine Insight (our monthly giveaway for a personalized reading).

Paid Membership – $25/month:
Subscribers receive:

  • Three (3) personal psychic readings per month

  • Access to private, channeled messages

  • Participation in exclusive discussions and guided sessions

Payment Instructions:

  • Payments must be made directly to Psychic Frank, LLC by the 1st of each month.

  • Subscription funds go toward services rendered by Psychic Frank and any guest experts or readers invited to contribute to the group.

  • Late or missed payments may result in forfeited readings for that month.

Note: Membership is optional. You may stay in the group and enjoy free benefits without subscribing. You can pay as you go, no hidden contractions, cancel any time. 

 

Reviews & Public Feedback

I value honest feedback as it helps me grow, improve, and serve others with integrity. 

Dishonest Reviews

The following are considered dishonest and may be subject to removal:

  • Fake reviews from individuals who never booked a session
  • Malicious reviews meant solely to harm my reputation without merit
  • Submitting a false review could carry legal consequences under defamation or fraud laws.

If you had a genuine concern or experience, please reach out directly. I’m open to dialogue and resolution.


Objectionable Content Policy

You agree not to use any Psychic Frank platform (website, group, chat, etc.) to share, post, or distribute:

  • Hateful, violent, or abusive content
  • Child exploitation or sexually explicit material
  • Illegal drug promotion, fraud, or impersonation
  • Self-harm encouragement or unsafe spiritual practices


Violations may result in immediate account restriction, session cancellation, or legal reporting. This is a sacred space and treat it as such.


Refusal of Services

Psychic Frank, LLC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services when necessary and always with spiritual and ethical discernment.
Reasons may include:

  • Violation of these policies
  • Disrespectful or threatening behavior
  • Energetic misalignment or incompatibility
  • Financial hardship disclosed that makes booking a strain

I hold firm boundaries not from ego, but from integrity. This space is sacred. I only work with those ready to walk in truth.

Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

Everything I create from graphics and course content to recordings and written sessions is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not copy, sell, repost, or redistribute any materials without written permission. The names, logos, and content of Psychic Frank, LLC are protected trademarks. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Truth & Disclosure

By booking any service, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and agreed to these terms
  • Understand the nature of this work
  • Will not claim a refund for lack of predicted outcomes

Failure to read the terms does not make them void. They are presented before booking and emailed to you at confirmation.

Accreditation Disclaimer

Psychic Frank, LLC intends to pursue future board accreditation related to Reiki and holistic energy work. However, please note: I am not a licensed healthcare or mental health professional under Ohio law. All services are spiritual in nature and are not intended to replace professional care.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychic Frank, LLC is not liable for:

  • Emotional, mental, or financial outcomes based on services
  • Misinterpretations or misuses of spiritual guidance
  • Technical issues or third-party service failures

Indemnification

By using my services, you agree to hold Psychic Frank, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that arise from your choices, behavior, or legal matters related to a session.

Force Majeure

I’m not responsible for interruptions or cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Illness, power outages, or technology failures
  • Wars, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control
  • Services may be paused or rescheduled during such events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal dispute must be handled in the Municiple Court of Middletown, OH. This document is the full agreement between you (the client) and me (Psychic Frank, LLC). If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still stands. You agree that by booking, you’ve entered a legally binding contract for spiritual services.
