You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial, lawful use only.

We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials.
Purpose of Processing
Data is used for service delivery, scheduling, compliance, fraud prevention, safety, analytics, and optional marketing where permitted.

Cross-Border Transfers
International data transfers use lawful mechanisms such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual safeguards where required.
6. RECORDINGS, MEDIA RIGHTS, AND COMMUNICATIONS
Zoom and Session Recordings
Sessions conducted via Zoom or similar platforms are recorded only with explicit prior consent provided in writing or through a documented digital consent mechanism. Silence or continued participation does not constitute consent.

Communications
Transactional messages may be sent without marketing consent. Marketing SMS requires prior express written consent. Marketing emails include unsubscribe options. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
7. BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, AND ATTENDANCE
Appointments may be booked online, by email, or by phone. Booking reserves time and availability removed from other clients.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Arriving 20 minutes or more late constitutes a no-show and forfeits the session.
One courtesy reschedule per booking may be granted at our discretion.
After-Hours Policy
Sessions outside administrative hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET), weekends, holidays, or overnight hours incur a disclosed $15 scheduling fee. The fee is refundable only if we cancel.
8. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS
Accepted payment methods are disclosed at checkout. Applicable Ohio sales tax is charged where required.
All sales are final once service delivery begins or digital access is provided, unless we cancel or law requires otherwise. Refunds issued due to provider cancellation are processed within 14 business days.
Clients are encouraged to seek good-faith resolution before initiating chargebacks. Documented chargebacks may be disputed using service records and acceptance of this Policy.
9. SERVICE SCOPE, SAFETY, AND CONDUCT
All services are non-clinical and provided for spiritual education, insight, and personal development only. We do not offer medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis services.
Participation is voluntary and may be paused or ended at any time. Services may be refused or terminated for safety concerns, intoxication, harassment, illegal activity, or inability to provide informed consent.
If you are in crisis or experiencing immediate risk, contact emergency services.
10. TRAINING PROGRAMS AND PLATFORM FLEXIBILITY
Training programs are private, non-degree, non-licensure offerings. Certificates reflect completion only and confer no regulated authority.
Curriculum, instructors, schedules, delivery methods, platforms, dashboards, and group spaces may change for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.
Psychic Frank LLC is not obligated to maintain any specific platform or feature solely because it was available at the time of purchase. Reasonable alternative access will be provided when feasible.
11. MINORS, VULNERABLE PERSONS, AND CONSENT
Services are intended for adults 18 and over. Services for minors require prior written guardian consent and supervision. We reserve the right to decline services if informed consent cannot be ensured.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychic Frank LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Frank LLC from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of this Agreement.

ASI Honor Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Spiritual Leaders
ASI Honor Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Spiritual Leaders
In keeping with ASI’s mission to encourage spiritual teachers, leaders, and guides to
approach their work in the most competent and ethical manner—and to help safeguard
the sacred teacher-student relationship—all members are expected to commit to the
following principles.
In the points below, the word “teachers” represents all the professional capacities in
which our members might serve, and the word “students” represents all whom they
serve.
Honor Code
As spiritual teachers, we commit to:
1. Holding ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, right behavior, and professional
competency, as commonly recognized by our peers.
2. Performing our roles as teachers in a caring and compassionate manner, in both
one-to-one interactions and groups.
3. Respecting the rights, dignity, and safety of all students and fellow practitioners.
4. Fostering autonomy, empowerment, self-sufficiency, and emotional maturity in our
students.
5. Treating students’ questions, concerns, doubts, and experiences with respect, and
never trivializing or dismissing their enquiries.
6. Being self-aware, open, and humble about the limitations of our knowledge and
experience.
7. Making only honest, realistic statements regarding the benefits of our teachings,
practices, courses, and other offerings.
8. Refraining from giving counsel in matters outside of our areas of training and
expertise, and making appropriate referrals as needed.
9. Being honest and transparent regarding business and financial matters relevant to our
students, clients, donors, and other stakeholders.
10. Honoring the sanctity of privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of everything
conveyed to us in confidence.
11. Abiding by local laws with respect to the disclosure of information in cases of sexual
abuse, child endangerment, and the intention to harm oneself or others.
12. Using only with proper care and caution any techniques that can potentially cause
harmful side effects.
13. Acknowledging that, regardless of our spiritual attainment, we are human beings
with human personalities, limitations, drives, and needs.
14. Not seeking or presuming exalted privileges or glorified status because of our role as
spiritual teachers.
15. Never manipulating, exploiting, or deceiving a student to satisfy our personal
aspirations, needs, or desires.
16. Establishing and maintaining clear and wholesome professional boundaries with all
students, employees, and associates.
17. Never abusing the trust of students by exploiting them with unfair, coercive, or
deceptive attempts to obtain money or free labor. (This does not include reasonable
fees for services, donations of money and time, or volunteer work freely offered.)
18. Being particularly mindful of sexual boundaries with students—and honoring them at
all times.
19. Cultivating and practicing honesty, integrity, compassion, humility, and empathy.
20. Engaging in continuous self-reflection, learning, and holistic personal growth.
21. Regularly reviewing our motivations for serving as teachers and monitoring the
integrity of our words and actions.
22. Encouraging feedback about our own methods and behavior—and taking that
feedback seriously. This includes complaints submitted to the ASI.
23. Addressing promptly any personal issues, concerns, or challenges that might affect
our professional competency.
24. Offering support to our colleagues and fellow ASI members, to the extent that we are
able and available.
