Exact cash only is accepted for after-hours sessions.

Immediate Service Surcharge Policy
We are available 24/7 to accommodate urgent requests. However, immediate service outside normal booking hours will include a surcharge.
Surcharge: $10
Example: If you book a $55 Reiki Healing session after hours, the total is $65.
Definition: An “immediate need” is a request that cannot wait until the next available appointment.
Payment Note: Only exact cash will be accepted for walk-in and after-hours sessions.
Emergencies: If you are in crisis or need urgent medical attention, please call 911. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Requirement
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance for same-day or next-day sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting any fees paid.
Unforeseen Events
Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies at Psychic Frank’s discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Refund, Credit, and Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made 2+ hours before a session are eligible for a full refund, including fees and taxes.
Refunds do not apply to:
- In-person readings or energy healing
- PDF products with follow-up sessions
- Any session that has already started
- This is in accordance with the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to attend, cancel, or reschedule a session according to our Cancellation Policy, and no contact is made.

PAYMENT POLICY
Agreement to Terms
By booking with Psychic Frank, LLC, you agree to our pricing and billing policies. All payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Methods Accepted

Charges may appear under “Psychic Frank, LLC” or another name used on the platform.
Processing Fees
A fee of 2.9% – 3.846% applies to most payment methods. This does not apply to Cash App or Google Pay.
Sales Tax
All services are subject to a 7.25% sales tax (state + local), as required by Ohio law. This will be reflected in your final total.
Billing Structure
Sessions are billed at a flat rate, which is clearly posted when you book. Rates may change, but you will always be charged the rate shown at the time of booking.
No Chargebacks. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to Tickets, goods or services you purchased. You agree that you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from your financial institution or credit-card issuer for any purchase of Tickets or other Psychic Frank LLC goods and services by you. Should you do so, your Tickets, goods or services are subject to immediate cancellation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Website.
